Ron's Medical Fund

Ron Cantwell is an employee here at WCRK/WMTN Radio.  He also works part time at WIVK and the Morristown 911 as a dispatcher.  Back in June, he got sick and had a week or so hospital stay but had to continue going to the hospital 2 times a day for 5 weeks for IV antibiotics.  He got his strength back enough to come back to work.  The past few weeks, he has experienced some lower back pain and thought that maybe he had pulled a muscle. The doctors were treating it as a pinched nerve.  This past weekend, he was so sick, he couldn't get out of bed because of the pain, 911 was called and he was taken back to the hospital.  The infection that everyone thought was gone from before had settled in his spine and gathered between two lower vertabrae. Ron has been transferred to Fort Sanders in Knoxville where they were going to go in to scrape the infection off the vertabrae. He is currently in ICU receiving IV antibiotics and morphine because of the pain.  Ron does not have medical insurance. If you know Ron, you know that he has a heart of gold and would help anyone out if he could.  We need to come together and help Ron today!  Thank you in advance for your help...
