I suffered a Pulmonary Embolism at the end of March earlier this year. My admittance to hospital also led to me being diagnosed with Diabetes. The whole episode has made me change my lifestyle dramatically and many of you have been very supportive in my quest to keep active and lose weight.
On Saturday 11th July I will be taking part in a 'Sponsored walk in support of Team Grenada At the 2015 Commonwealth Youth Games and encouraging young Grenadians to "Go For Gold". Endorsed by the High Commission for Grenada. It's a 5 mile walk and having a Grenadian grandfather the cause is special to me as it gives me an opportunity to give something back to a place that help cultivate in to the person that I am today.
Grenada is the homeland of my maternal Grandfather and is a place that has brought me many many great memories. Being able to contribute means a great deal to me. I hope you will find it in your good heart to sponsor me.
