Bunmi's Mission Trip to Rwanda

Four years ago, I visited a church and met the founder of an organization called Africa New Life . I was inspired by his story and began dreaming of going to Rwanda. I wanted to see the restoration that has taken place in the country since the genocide, but I also wanted to give my time and skills to help with the rebuilding process. Things didn't work out that year, but I held on to that dream.

Last year, I was introduced to an organization called IF: Gathering . The founder, Jennie Allen  had written a book titled 'Anything,' which I read and which set me in motion to pray "Lord, I'll do anything..." myself. 

Fast-forward a year, and the two organizations that began stirring dreams in me are helping them become a reality. I've been accepted to be a part of an IF: Gathering team heading to Rwanda to work with Africa New Life this July. 

Room, board, and transportation will cost $1350 and airfare is close to $2,000. I've been able to raise some funds and put in money of my own, but I'm asking for the support of my friends to help as I still have a ways to go to cover all the costs.
