Benefit Resolutions CIC is Not For Profit Community Interest Company, fighting on behalf of those that cannot fight for themselves.  

Welfare Reform Act 2012 has created a very ambiguous process which leaves many people feeling scared, confused, frightened and at a loss, where relapses and exacerbation of conditions are a common symptom.

Service user led organisation, indepentant and self funded so we can challenge the government departments and contracted companies that oversee these reforms.

We daily challenge working practices and get wrongful decisions overturned. 

We offer outreach service throughout Devon and Cornwall as well as online support to claimants nationwide.

Whilst we do have nominal fees process, it is not enough to meet high demands of service needs.

Currently run by two volunteers. Monies raised will allow us set aside funds for claimants that have been so wrongfully treated by the process we can fund legal action and challenge judicial review. 

Funds will also enable to employ more manpower to sustain current growth and demand needs.
