Girls' Sports Deserve Equal Pay

Everybody knows that females don't make as much as males, especially in sports. And everybody knows that this is wrong, but nothing changes unless you start a spark.
I am asking every single one of you to help me start a spark, because things need to change NOW.
My name is Mika Bardin and I'm 10 years old and currently ranked #15 in the country in Squash for Girls under 11. and I'm going to prove that we can change things and finally achieve "PLAY FOR EQUAL PAY" by asking everyone to donate $15 to help me give to NetSuite Championship so that the women players can earn the same amount of prize money that the men do. Women&girls play squash and train just as hard as the men&boys do, so they deserve to be paid the exact same.
If you have a daughter, how are you going to explain to her that she won't get paid as much for working just as hard or harder than males do?
PLEASE Help me raise money to change this inequality and so the women can "PLAY FOR EQUAL PAY" this September 23rd at the NetSuite Open. This is the first year that they have included a women's tournament. Let's help support NetSuite Squash Championship so the women get equal prize money and the same size trophy as the guys get and so NetSuite gets the funding it needs to pay the women more.
