Bring fitness to kids in Philly

While coaching little league baseball, basketball, and football we saw how horribly unconditioned kids are for sports in North East Philadelphia. The lack of mobility and strength kids had got us concerned about how they would perform during games.
As personal trainers, we put our skills to work and helps kids during games and it worked! It was from there we saw a need to help our local community. Gyms will provide personal training, but nothing that will target mobility and performance. With Mov3 we will be able to help kids move better, gain scholarships, and help them live a happy and healthy life.
In order for us to officially open Mov3 we need to raise money to open space in North East Philadelphia. Our goal is to initially get $300,000 for space and equipment. Please help us in helping our kids move better and live a happy and healthy life!
