Water - Urgently needed

We live on a drought affected property in North East Victoria. At this moment we have about 1ft of water left in our water tank.


I am a disabled pensioner who can no longer run the farm as a farm (and haven't since my accident 2 years ago) Because we have earnt less than $25,000 via the farm in the past 12 months we do not qualify for drought assistance and the Local Council do not supply water to residents (who are on tank water only)


The cost of one tank of water which will last us around 1 month is $310. The water is for drinking, showering, doing the washing.....basically everything you get when you turn a tap on in your house.
