Walk for Lil

In August 2014 Lil was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour.  Lil has had a major operation to remove the tumour however in order to fully cure Lil of cancer, she needs to receive Proton Beam Therapy which isn’t available in this country.  The family will need to go to America for at least 3 months where Lil will have treatment Monday to Friday.  The NHS have hopefully agreed to fund Lil’s treatment (decision pending) and LATCH are funding travel expenses which is amazing however the family still need to fund insurance, car hire, and general living expenses.  It would also be great if they could treat Lil to day trips on her non-treatment days (the hospital is an hour away from DisneyWorld).

There are various fundraising activities happening, one of which is on October 19th 2014  when a group of us will climb Pen Y Fan in aid of Lil’s journey.  We are grateful for all the support and want to raise as much money as possible to put in trust for the family’s trip.  Any help will be appreciated. :)
