J.E.S.S.I.C.A. Cares EmpowerMEnt Retreat

 J.E.S.S.I.C.A. Cares is hosting a weekend retreat on Friday, August 17th through Monday, August 20th. This is an empowering weekend filled with opportunities for teen girls ranging in ages 13- 16 who are at a pivotal time in their lives to experience a life changing event.
This experience will allow them to participate in inspirational breakout sessions with motivational speakers.  At these sessions, they will develop the skills to build and maintain high self esteem, set positive life goals, foster healthy eating and lifestyle habits and participate in team building exercises.
