Eleven (11) AMAZING ACT-SO (Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological, Scientific, Olympics) students have the opportunity to represent the NAACP Montgomery County Maryland Branch at the National ACT-SO Competition sponsored by the NAACP in Philadelphia. These high school students will compete against thousands of other students for more than $100,000 in scholarship monies and prizes!
