Jose Needs reconstruction organ surgery

On June 27th of 2013 my son Jose was shot in the groin with an AK47 by a friend showing him his dads gun.  He spent 5 months in ICU hanging on to life.  due to the mass extent of the injuries he has to have surgery to repair the damage that was done.  It is a very delicate surgery and the cost of it is $28,000.00.  My son is unable to work and is now on SSI.  I am his mother I make $400.00 a month and we are not able to pay for the surgery.  My son quality of life is not that of what should be for a young man of 21.  I am asking for ur help, so that my son can live a more normal life and to enjoy the things that a young man should.  Due to the extreme damage that the bullet caused him is unable to have children and as a result of this his marriage has failed. We have been told that having the surgery will repair the damage and that there will be the possibility of him having children.  My son means the world to me and to see him going through what he has had to go through is the worst thing that as a mother I could have to deal with knowing that there is nothing that I can do, but to reach out to u in hopes that u will find it in ur hearts to help my son.
