My wife needs surgery, please help.

My wife has worked all her life. Now even with the affordable care act, we still have to pay high out of pocket costs. My wife is facing frequent sicknesses. She has been too sick to work her own office.  Why? Tonsils! 

The surgery will be in the $12k range but her insurance provider will only pay after she pays $6k first. With the bills at the office and home. The kids needing their own medical needs met, our wallets are strapped in bills.

Please help if you can.
