The Alpena High School Underwater Robotics (ROV) Club were the big winner at this year's Great Lakes Regional MATE ROV Competition.
The annual event encourages students to learn and apply science, technology, engineering, and math skills as they design and build underwater robots to complete missions that simulate real-world challenges from the Ocean and Great Lakes workplace.
The Alpena High School Underwater Robotics (ROV) Club will advance to the International Competition at NASA's Johnoson Space Center in Houston, Texas on June 22-25.
The team is asking for your support to help them get to this event where the team will compete against the best engineering teams in the world.
