Welsh Paralympian Simon Richardson has been housebound since a cycling accident where he was hit by a car.
He cycled in the Paralympics, and misses cycling a lot. He currently can't cycle and can't leave the house and is therefore isolated.
He has asked for help getting an electric wheelchair, and I feel we should all try and help him regain his independence so he can get out and about on his own.
