Help Tyler Beat Cancer

I first met this bright eyed boy (pictured on the right) when he and my son became fast friends in 6th grade. They both loved Lacrosse and Tyler quickly became part of our family and my 6th child as I call him. Tyler is always happy and easy going and looking for adventures.
Tyler's passion is Lacrosse! He is always the first one to practice and games and his love for the game is truly inspiring. On the weekend of June 5th and 6th he played with his best friends and team mates in the last tournament before his diagnosis.
Tyler was diagnosed on June 11th with Stage 4 Nodular Lymphocyte Predominant Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a rare form of Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer.
As anyone can imagine this has been devastating news to all who know him. Tyler has handled his diagnosis very well, and has been showered with love and compassions from so many friends and his amazing family.
This morning he will begin his fight to kick cancer and I know he will treat it just like the opponent on the lacrosse fields. He will show up early, push hard and fight for the win.
I know Tyler can't wait to get back out there to play Lacrosse, and he could use your help to get there.
First, we ask for prayers for Tyler and his family. We ask for prayers for his doctors to understand his rare form of cancer. We ask for healing for Tyler, strength for him during this incredibly aggressive treatment, as well as patience and trust.
Second, we ask for your support in funds. Traci and Scott will be taking time off from work to be at Ty's side and they will have lots of expenses that will add up quickly.
