Midland Elementary Supports Nepal!
Donation protected
Dear Midland International School Community,
I’m sure you’re all aware at this point of the devastating earthquake that took place in Nepal on Saturday, April 25th. Here at Midland we do enjoy personal connections to Nepal as we have both a current and former (now in high school) student who are from Nepal. The parents have assured me that their extended family members are safe, which is good news. The bad news is that there will be a large need for ongoing aid to help with the rebuilding process as so many people are now homeless. Midland will be running a charitable donation campaign starting May 1st – May 15th to collect funds that we will contribute to a vetted charity that is working in Nepal to overcome this tragic event and help rebuild what has been lost. Our goal is to raise $500 in the next two weeks that we can then donate. Any amount will be accepted! Thank you for helping us support families in need!
Best Regards,
Mr. Jeremy Cramer
