Guys
Town 2 Town is a 400km cycle completed over 2 days from Dundalk to Tralee on Friday 17th of August to Saturday 18th of August.
I set up the cycle in 2015 to raise funds for 3 seperate charities; Friends of A, Make A Wish and Alzheimers Association of Ireland. Since then we have raised almost 60,000 for these charities and others including Donal Walsh LiveLife & The Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association. Now we ride again in 2018 for Make A Wish, AnamCara, North Louth Hospice & SOSAD.
This year we will once again aim to land in Tralee, at the Rose of Tralee festival Saturday evening having completed the 400 KMtrek, with a stopover in Moneygall to fundraise that night in Ollie's Bar.
We cycle for Make A Wish to honor a fallen Rose, Dorothy Henngellar who while with us was an amazing advocate of this brilliant childrens charity
We cycle for Anamcara to honor our fallen brother, Robert Foods McLoughlin, a legend who lives on in us all and we hope to do his family proud who chose this charity in his name
We cycle for SOSAD to promote the amazing work they do promoting positive mental health and assisting those affected by suicide
We cycle for The North Louth Hospice to honor those affected by cancer and to promote the amazing work by volunteers
We are incredibly greatful for the support to date and this year with over 60 cyclists willing to put themselves through physical, mental & emotional torture we hope you can give what you can to help us raise as much as possibly for all 4 charities.
We thank you for your support
