Help Justice get to Treatment

As most of you know I have been working on getting and staying sober starting on July 15th, 2013.  While I have had some success, I have relapsed a few times and think that going to an inpatient residential treatment facility would help me with the tools to stay sober, and give me time to look at myself and deal with underlying issues such as depression and self condemnation.  My plan is to go to the Olalla Residential Facility, Olalla Guest Lodge.  I am coming to you because, unfortunately, I do not have the paid vacation or sick leave to go in and still be able to pay my portion of rent, and bills while I am in there.  The HR department at work has said they can ask people to donate sick leave for me to go, but there is no garauntee on how much time, if any, people will want to donate to me.  

I have set my goal at approximately 2 pay periods worth of pay so that those bills that need to be taken care of can still be.  If you were thinking of a Christmas, Solstice, Yul gift for me this year, this would be far more helpful in the long run.  If you are a friend who drinks, think of this as buying me a drink, so that I don't have to drink anymore.  

I have thought a long time about this and it really is a leveling of my pride to admit that I need this help, and ask for it, especially for the reason that I am asking.  My target date to go in is December 18th.  I know being in treatment over Christmas and New Years will kind of suck, but the facility is about 1/2 way between my Mom, my Dad, and my other Mom so that if they want they can be involved.
