Tia Vellucci's Memorial

Tia Vellucci was a daughter, sister, and friend to many. On May 29, her life was taken in a senseless, tragic act of violence by someone with whom she should have felt safe. For those of you who knew Tia, you knew that she was a beautiful and caring woman. Her family and friends are devastated that she was taken from them in this way. Her presence will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and Lil' Kim (Tia's dog). 

Any and everything helps. A portion of the proceeds will go towards helping the Vellucci family offset funeral expenses and the rest of the proceeds will go towards a domestic violence non-profit, chosen by the Vellucci's. Tia's family would also like to donate a portion of the proceeds to Keep Growing Detroit (http://detroitagriculture.net/ ) to establish new growth in the city of Detroit, seeing as Tia would want that.

Donations will be withdrawn by Kayla Vellucci, cousin of Tia and Lauren. 

Tia's funeral will take place at Sparks Griffin funeral home in Lake Orion this Sunday, from 12pm -5pm
