This Side of the Rainbow 2018

LGBTQ+ teens often feel alone in their journey to self-acceptance. This Side of the Rainbow is a summer day-camp in Houston, Texas established to provide therapeutic resources to LGBTQ teens and their families. It gives these teens the opportunity to learn about themselves, as they start to form a sense of community for mutual support.

The week-long camp will include fun indoor (art, music, etc.) and outdoor (kayaking, labyrinth, etc.) activities, in addition to personal growth activities through group discussions. This is our third summer camp, and we hope it will be our biggest group of campers yet. 

Our goal is that neither the campers nor their families will have to pay for this experience themselves. This year, in addition to donations from kind individuals, like you, we are seeking corporate sponsors.

You can underwrite one portion of our "Day Out" for $100. 
You can buy lunch for one day for all the campers for $200.
You can sponsor our van for "Rainbow Camp Day Out" for $250.
You can underwrite one camper for $500. 
You can underwrite our kayaking excursion for $1000.
