Wow, we did it ! ! !
Hello Friends, you supporting us, pulled us through the financial tunnel. The goal was enormous, the need great ! And, we did it ! Thank you. We received almost 50% of our needed funds in the first six months of 2017 right on time as they were necessary. Many of our friends found creative ways to financially support us, without going through the Go Fund Me online account. They each told us that they wanted to support us entirely! In addition to the $5000 in this Go Fund Me site, there were other cash and check contributions that totaled a very large sum. Likewise, we have been gifted with other amazing support, including housing in SF and transportation. The UCSF Medical Center financial department was also very creative & flexible in managing the medical costs & payments. Seven months of chemo & radiation treatments, dozens of doctor visits, lots of tests, scans, MRIs, and a liver surgery filled our last six months’ schedule to the top. There is more medical to come, but all is in process, with GREAT progress.
Now, that most of the treatments are complete, Masako has one more event: September major surgery to remove the tumor completely.
Having said all that, God is good. Our friends & family are generous and supportive. We are now prepared financially to weather the rest of the storm of this 2017 Medical Marathon.

ハロー皆さん，皆さんが私達をサポートして下さったお陰で、財政苦難のトンネルを抜けました。目標は莫大で、それだけ必要でした！そして私達はできました。ありがとうございます。
私達がちょうど必要としていた時期である、2017年の最初の6ヶ月で必要経費の大体50％を受理致しました。多くの友人がオンラインでのGo Fund Meを通さず、創造的な方法で私達に募金して下さり、その方々が私達を完全にサポートしたかったと言ってくれました。Go Fund Meからの5000ドルに加えて、他に現金、小切手での献金がとても大きな金額ともなっています。その上、サンフラシスコ市内での住宅や病院までの交通を含め、私達は驚くほどのサポートも頂いています。UCSFメディカルセンター経理部も、治療費の支払い方法の調整を手配する為にとても協力してくれました。７ヶ月間に及ぶ抗がん剤治療と放射線治療、何十回にも渡る先生方への訪問、テスト、スキャン、MRI、肝臓の手術など、あふれるほどの私達のスケジュールは一杯でした。まだ続きます。が、全て完璧に進行中です。
現在、治療の殆どが完了しています。雅子はもう一つの大きなステップがあります： 9月の大掛かりな腫瘍摘出手術。
神様は素晴らしいということ。私達の友人や家族は寛容で支持してくれる方達です。最後に私達は2017年の経済的なメディカルマラソンの嵐の為に整えています。
私達の感謝の気持ちは書き表す事を試みても、言葉では表せないほどです！！ ゴー 雅子 ゴー！！！ また連絡します。皆さん本当にありがとう。
