As most of you know I've always wanted to be a chef and after battling with the fact that I won't have the money needed to do so I've decided to look towards the help of others. I made the decison to discontinue my studying at Santiago Canyon and instead have chosen to enroll in Le Cordon Bleu this upcoming September. I am in the long process of submitting for Finacial Aid AND am completeing scholarships but it still won't be enough to cover my first session.
