Help Nepal Recover

Donation protected
Many of you have been wondering how to donate and contribute to the relief effort in Nepal, and this is the quickest way to make a difference!  For the last 14 months I have been living in Nepal working with iDE Nepal, International Development Enterprises as a sales Adviser to the Sanitation Marketing team.

One thing I love about my job is the ability to facilitate organizations in the use of donated funding, as well as training local people in the developing world how to be entrepreneurs and create the life they want.

Yesterday, April 25th, 2015, a deadly earthquake hit Nepal.  The death toll is over 2500 now and rising.  Many of the capitols most visited and cultural landmarks were devestated by the quake.

The difficulty with such a blow to Kathmandu, is the resources that are constantly moving to and from the capital.  Water and food supplies are dwindling and there is still very little running water and electricity in much of Kathmandu which will make the spread of disease even more rampant in the coming days.

If you feel free to donate, please donate here!  Every bit helps, and as relief organizations get into place over the next few days, we will make sure the money gets into the right hands so that it helps the most people!

iDE Nepal has started contributing to surrounding villages in our project area with plastic tarps, food and water. This contribution can go directly to supporting these efforts.

Thanks for all the thoughts and support!
