QC Nepali Society Earthquake fund

Nepal has suffered the most disastrous earthquake in more than 80 years. The causality is 4000 and growing.  Thousands of people are still trapped underneath the rubbles. The most suffered are the people who had very little to go on. Thousands of people have been left homeless after their mud and stone built homes have been flattened. Being one of the poorest countries, the Nepali government doesn't have the resources to tackle a disaster of this magnitude. The Prime minister of Nepal has set up a relief account and the funds we raise here in the Quad Cities will go directly to this account which will be used for the rescue and recovery operation.  Quad Cities Nepalese Society is a local Nepalese community organization which is trying to raise funds to support this worthy cause. QCNS is an Iowa registered IRS 501 C(3) non-profit organization so the donation is tax deductible.  Please open your heart and donate generously.
