Polly Nicole Boebel is a 32 year old cancer warrior. She is a breast cancer, ALL Leukemia and Stem Cell Transplant survivior, who was recently given the devastating news that her cancer has returned and metasticized. Polly has been a cancer advocate for other young adult cancer patients, documenting her diagnosis, treatment and recovery processes. Her willingness to share her struggles, along with her successes, has helped more people than Polly will ever know. So now as Polly enters this next phase, we would like to raise $50,000 to help provide the best care possible for her, her husband Cody and their 5 year old son Nathan.
