SWEET BOY LEO NEEDS YOUR BLESSINGS

Leo needs to get several tumors that are all over his body and eyes removed soon.  We can't get any help from Pet insurance companies since it falls under thier pre-existing condition policy. Leo's health is deteriorating by the day and the Vets can't seem to find the main cause behind all of his problems. He needs two ACL surgeries as well. Now we just want to admit him to a good animal hospital so he gets a full examination and get 24 hour medical attention/surgeries he desperately needs. The last 3 Vets have been unable to properly diagnose Leo and hundreds of dollars later, Leo's problems remains the same and have worsened. We are facing other financial burdens so its become really hard  to manage our situation and on top of all our precious boy isn't able to get the proper treatment he really needs. He is merely 7 years old and loves life and all people and we cant imagine a single day without him. We can't give up on him even though the last 3 different Vets have given up; one of them even suggested giving him the shot but that has never crossed my mind not now not ever! Although it's becoming unbearable to see him suffer and his crying is getting louder each night we remain hopeful . The tumors on his eyelids seems to be getting bigger. He is on medication but he can't tell us how much he is really hurting inside. All of these issues started in October and we havent been able to sleep since.

Please help Leo, he really could  use your help and your blessings. We need  to admit him to a hospital as soon as possible. Please, every penny counts.
This is his other eye that also has several cyst like things that emerged in a matter of a week.
This is what his eye looks like and it's just getting bigger by the day. 
He isn't the same anymore, he just wants to sleep and do nothing else.
This is an infection from all the scratching.
The wound heals but it takes just 1 night of me not being there and he shreds himself in a matter of seconds?
I have to deal with his elbow calluses from getting infected because he can't stop scratching.
The discharge in his eyes build up every 15-20 minutes.
This is in November 2016. You can see the little tumor emerging.  We thought it was a stye and did everything to make it go away but the doctor diagnosed it as a Meibomian eyelid tumor and it hasn't stopped growing since.
This was 3 years ago when Leo was a happy-go-lucky boy who loved all the kids that visited him on Halloween.
He has to wear a cone atleast 20+hours a day that prevents him from  biting holes in himself. He can't walk alot because of his ACL so he just sleeps most of the day.
This was in August 2016 before his problems started to emerge. He loves to model. He looks so happy here.

He loves snow but you can just tell how mentally stressed out he's become.  It snowed a bit today (Jan 7th 2017). He can sit for hours in the cool weather.
