Dear Family and Friends,
I am returning to Haiti this December to visit the orphans in Jeremie, Haiti. I am so thankful that I am able to go. It has been two years since my first, life-changing trip.
We will once again be bringing Christmas to these precious orphans, who teach us so much more about the love of Christ than we could ever teach them. It is truly wonderful seeing their faces as we provide them with things that, quite honestly, we take for granted.
Along with special Christmas treats, we will again be leading the children in VBS-type activities during the day, some ESL classes for the older kids, and just basically loving and learning so much from these kids who have nothing, except knowing the love of Jesus.
First off, I need your prayers and the group need your prayers. For the planning, the orphans, travel, safety. Anything that comes to mind. Please pray and we covet your prayers.
Second, if you want to have a part in helping me raise funds for this trip, that is equally welcome. I have about $1,000.00 more dollars to raise for this trip and the total amount will be due in November.
Please prayerfully consider what you might be able to give. There is no amount too small. Every little bit helps.
