Support Surrender Dance

Help Surrender Dance continue by making a financial contribution. Surrender Dance is a class that brings women together from all levels of dance. In class, beginner dancers feel comfortable and experienced dancers are challenged. We strive to create a space for women who would normally feel intimidated by dance to come and feel welcomed, valued and part of a community. We want to build positive community for women in Seattle as well as make a difference in the lives of women in our city.

We’re currently in the process of applying for 501©(3) status. Because we are not quite there our grant options are limited. Be the first to join our donor base and make a contribution! Your donations will be applied to the following expenses. Everything listed is an ongoing expense we need to cover in order to continue classes. Consider sponsoring teachers for several weeks or rent for two months.Thank you so much for your support!

You can contribute any amount your comfortable with. Donations are not limited to reward levels listed above.

Studio rental at Velocity Dance Center - approximately $110 per month

          Printing costs: $285 for 1,000 fliers
          Stipend for Blog Authors

Stipend for dance instructors: Includes compensation for teaching, reimbursement for items or music purchased for class, and parking, as needed.
