Wheelchair Accessible Van for Dad

For those of you who don't know, due to complications of his diabetes, our dad underwent an above the knee right leg amputation last March. In trying to accept and overcome this new chapter of our lives, our family has made numerous sacrifices and undergone many hardships in trying to accommodate the change. It has definitely taken a toll - emotionally, mentally and physically - on our family.
Our parents are both retired, and my brothers and I are just working class citizens, still trying to build our lives. While taking care of a sick parent is hard work, taking care of a permanently disabled parent has proven to be 10x harder. As children, there's only so much physical and emotional support we can provide our parents.
My brothers and I would like to surprise them with a wheelchair accessible van. While some might view this as a luxury, we see it as a necessity. It would relieve some of the immense stress and pain our family goes through in just trying to take our dad to his appointments.
We are asking for the help of all of our family and friends in trying to make this dream a reality. A little goes a long way! We hope you can help us achieve this!
