Naomi's Village Kenya//Internship

"He who calls is faithful, He will surely do it."

Sweet friends and family,
Recently, I have learned so much of how our Father walks before us, just waiting patiently for us to step where He has already cleared and called us to. Little did I know, this season of obedience began about two years ago.

For two years, I have prayed for an orphanage called Naomi's Village in Maai Mahiu, Kenya. Every year, I would begin to pursue a trip to serve with Naomi's Village...and every year, the Lord would blatantly call my attention to something else- graciously saying "wait."

Very joyfully, I am able to say that I will be leaving in two months for Kenya to follow Jesus where He has been preparing me to go for two years now. Without having the certainty that this trip would even be offered to me, I denied many other opportunities, confident in Jesus being faithful when He calls our attention to desires and affections of His heart for our hearts. While that may sound heroic...it has been absolutely frightening. However, I am confidently saying now that the Lord was fighting for this opportunity for me long before I knew to fight for it. That, my friends, is what our Father does. He is Love, itself. He is Steadfastness, itself. He embodies perfection and longs for us to walk this life pursuing Him so that we can know these things as well.

My greatest insecurity in this trip is the financial undertaking it is going to be. In two months, HE is going to bring in more money than I have ever had to raise. Would you prayerfully consider walking this journey of faithfulness with me? Even better, would you commit to pray for this journey. I promise to pray for each of you as you give time, effort and funds to empower me to serve Jesus in Maai Mahiu, Kenya with Naomi's Village.
