Hip prosthesis for Laury Mendoza

Hello, I am Maurys Linarez from Venezuelan and currently I live in California, the United States. I am doing this fundraising campaign for Laury. We are friends and, due to the humanitarian crisis in Venezuela, we have the need to do this campaign to help her in her urgent operation. Here is her story:

Hello everyone, my name is Laury Mendoza, I am 27 years old and I living in Venezuela, 5 years ago I suffered a car accident, I was traveling and the bus driver fell asleep, as consequence the bus collided with a semi-truck, in the accident I fractured 7 bones, from that moment my life changed completely in the blink of an eye, and I got very strong moments, very hard for me and my family. I went through many processes of infection, operation after operation to save my life and continue with my two legs, after 4 long years in a wheelchair with tutors in my right leg I managed to get up thanks to the help of God and the Doctors , I am currently on crutches but only supporting my right leg.

My left leg can not settle because I have severe arthrosis in the left hip, with loss of the femoral head of it, I will must undergo surgery to perform a total revision arthroplasty of the left hip with total prosthesis.

Unfortunately I do not have medical insurance and due to the terrible situation that Venezuela is going through right now I do not have the necessary resources to buy this prosthesis and be able to perform this operation that I need so much. 

By request and recommendation of GoFundme I am here updating my story and explaining the way in which the funds collected in this campaign will be used, first I want to thank God and a foundation who generously gave me a week ago to donate me the prosthesis that I need so much operation, so my story changes at this time, I already have the prosthesis but I still need to collect $ 1500 dollars, this is the way I'm thinking of using them, a first part in all those tests, exams, medical visits and medications that I need it before the operation, and the second part will be destined to the recovery of my operation, as well as medicines and surgical materials that I will need. I also want to inform that my friend Maurys Linarez gave me a part of the funds collected, with which I am already doing the pre-operative medical exams as well as the payment of some medical visits.

Hola,  yo soy Maurys Linarez, soy venezolana y actualmente vivo en California, Estados Unidos estoy haciendo esta campaña de recaudación de fondos para Laury  Somos amigas y, debido a la crisis humanitaria en Venezuela, tenemos la necesidad de hacer esta campaña para ayudarla en su urgente operación. Aquí está su historia:

Hola a todos, mi nombre es Laury Mendoza, tengo 27 años y vivo en Venezuela, hace 5 años sufrí un accidente automovilístico, viajaba y el conductor del autobús se quedó dormido, por lo que el autobús chocó con una gandola. en el accidente me fracturé 7 huesos, desde ese momento mi vida cambió completamente en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, y tuve momentos muy fuertes, muy difíciles para mí y mi familia. Pasé por muchos procesos de infección, operación tras operación para salvar mi vida y continué con mis dos piernas, después de 4 largos años en una silla de ruedas con tutores en mi pierna derecha, logré levantarme gracias a la ayuda de Dios y los médicos. Actualmente estoy con muletas pero solo apoyo mi pierna derecha.

Mi pierna izquierda no la puedo afincar porque tengo artrosis severa en la cadera izquierda, con la pérdida de la cabeza femoral, debo someterme a una cirugía para realizar una artroplastia de revisión total de la cadera izquierda con una prótesis total.

Desafortunadamente no tengo seguro médico y debido a la terrible situación que atraviesa Venezuela en este momento no tengo los recursos necesarios para comprar esta prótesis y poder realizar esta operación que necesito tanto. 

Por petición y recomendación de GoFundme estoy aqui actualizando mi historia y explicando la manera en que serán utilizados los fondos recolectados en esta campaña, primeramente quiero agradecer a Dios y a una fundación quienes generosamente hace una semana se abocaron a donarme la prótesis que tanto necesito para mi operacion, asi que mi historia cambia en este momento, ya cuento con la prótesis pero aun necesito recolectar $1500 dólares, esta es la manera que estoy pensando hacer uso de ellos, una primera parte en todos aquellos análisis, exámenes, visitas médicas y medicamentos que necesite antes de la operación, y la segunda parte será destinado a la recuperación de mi operación, así como medicamentos y materiales quirúrgicos que vaya a necesitar. tambien quiero informar que ya mi amiga Maurys Linarez me dio una parte de los fondos recolectados, con los cuales ya me encuentro haciendo los exámenes médicos pre-operatorios así como el pago de algunas visitas médicas.

Con todo mi corazón quisiera contar con su ayuda.
