Caroline & Matt's Wedding Gift Fund

Hi! We're Caroline and Matt. We were both Teaching Assistants from South Bucks who are getting married in April 2019! (Matt now works for the NHS) Follow our wedding on social media using #MCStreuli

We've had a few friends and family ask what they can get us for wedding gifts but we already live together in our own flat. Having discussed with friends and family, we've decided to set up this GoFundMe so those who want to get us a present can make a contribution towards our wedding and future honeymoon. 

As we are both Teaching Assistants, we are both on 'lower than the national average' salary. This means we are on a tight budget so any contribution you wish to make is really appreciated and means we can consider upgrading elements of our big day from our very tight budget level. To help pay for the wedding, we both 'helped' Santa and Mrs Claus at our local gardening centre - which meant we worked every day from Mid November to Xmas eve!

In our spare time, Caroline is a member and Matt is the Chairman of the Iver Heath Drama Club (a non-profit community group which welcomes members of all abilities and actively involves those with physical and mental health). We also like to make YouTube videos on a range of things from unboxings, dashcams, drama club clips and even live music.  Matt and Caroline are also keen members of Mind, the mental health charity. Matt is a media volunteer for Mind having open spokenly with Sky News, BBC Newsbeat and LBC  as well as working on a Shortlisting Panel for the Mind Media Awards.

Caroline and Matt live in their cramped flat in Wexham with two cats, Punch and Rey, and two gerbils.

Our dreams for the future is to have a beautiful wedding, keep working at our amazing school and find the funds to settle down in family home to have kids.
