Who am I?
Hello, everyone, my name is Margaret. I was born and raised in New York and I am 22 years old. I am a College Fashion student and hope to be done by the summer with my associate’s degree (Yay!) My obsession with painting came about a year ago; I didn’t take it too serious until I received many compliments from friends willing to purchase my paintings, the excitement they expressed on how that painting actually meant something to them is amazing. I love to paint flowers the most, because every flower is unique in their own way, just like you and I. I’ve come to the realization that we sometimes forget to acknowledge the little beautiful things around us, which is why I want to start this new “Flower Power” journey.

Spring is on the way and I am motivated on doing paintings based on it. Spring is a time of growth so, I want to spend this time to paint beautiful flowers in all different colors! I hope that my paintings will uplift my fellow New Yorkers (or anyone interested), to kick out the cold weather and negative attitudes. I seek to bring peace and to remind ourselves that we all can move on from anything, lets face it the outcome will always be much greater once we move on.
Where?
I want to sell my paintings at a Market in NYC unfortunately; selling at a market can be a bit pricy for a college student, which is why I am here. To sell at the market and getting all of the supplies together would cost a whole lot of money that I honestly don’t have. I really want to make this happen to challenge myself and to accomplish something with a great cause! Putting a smile on someone’s face after they purchase my painting for themselves or a loved one is a great feeling, and I hope you can help! Thank you for hearing my story…
