"Guaranteed Packages": Guarantees are essentially "insurance" on your purchase. Students receive study skills training along with with tutoring hours. If the student does not earn at least the grade promised, we give the student a free quarter or semester of tutoring. That's 15 or 25 hours free next quarter or semester, and a free bunny. Given a success rate of 90% we know our students will succeed!
