help my dad get back on his feet

My dad has been a very hard worker his entire life. Always had bad jobs, but always did what he could do at the best of his abilities to make ends meet, he did this while raising me and my handicapped brother. He recently had a major heart failure and lost his job due to the loss of time at work while he was in the hospital. He has been trying everything in his power to get assistance, no job, absolutely no income, and the doctor told him he cannot work anymore. He has been fighting for months to get disability with no luck so far. While my dad sits at home with a bad heart not being able to do anything about it, trying to make ends meet all while still having a 36 year old challenged son to take care of, stressing out about what to do, his water bill, his mortgage, and the phone bill cannot be paid. Im asking for any kind of help we can get. We only need enough to help stop the forclosure of their home, it is already two months behind on Payments. Hopefully with lots of prayers his disability will be approved and they will have little bit of income to support the rest of their life... thank you all for any help you can give...
