Oxford Dignity Drive 2017

Donation protected
Many homeless and vulnerably housed people in Oxfordshire have difficulty with regular access to sanitary products while menstruating. Sanitary products are an essential item for people who menstruate, and homeless people should not be forced to use unsafe or unhygienic alternatives.

Starting in 2015, at Oxford Dignity Drive we have continued to fundraise to purchase sanitary products that are then delivered to homelessness shelters, food banks and aslyum refuge centres across the Oxfordshire Area.

In 5th week Hilary Term 2017, we ran a drive to increase awareness of what we do, collecting physical donations and running three events to fund future purchase of products and raise awareness.  By donating products and by raising awareness, Oxford Dignity Drive will be campaigning against this injustice against homeless and vulnerably housed people in Oxford.

We raised over £1,500 during the course of the week and are continuing to fundraise here and in Oxford - any and all donations are much appreciated, and absolutely all proceeds go directly into purchasing products to donate across Oxfordshire.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far!
