save my kitty please

This feline has been me and my mother best friend since 2010. As our finances have dwindled, we've become the only two people left living together. We are a very small family. He is currently suffering from blockage in his urethra and bladder. The vets have stated he cannot keep going on with getting his bladder express and insisted he gets a urethrostomy. We cannot afford it and its becoming a time sensitive procedure. He's so exhausted he can barely walk, barely meow. His temperature drops and hes dehydrated. Urinating is a very frequent thing as we all know. I can only imagine the pain and distress he has been dealing with. So I beg you all please. Any little bit will help. Please save my bestfriend for I havent cried for years until I was hit with the thought of losing him, and making my already small family even smaller. Thank you.
