Samuel Love's 6th Annual Disaster Relief Toy Drive
In 2012 as a 9 year old, my son Samuel Love wanted to do whatever he could to help out the victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Every year since then, he's been dedicating his time and energy each holiday season to collecting donations and toys in order to give back to children affected by natural diasters such as tornados and floods.
In 2012 he collected over 800 toys for children affected by Hurricane Sandy.
In 2013 he collected more than 1300 toys.
In 2014 he collected more than 3800 toys.
In 2015 he collected more than 7000 toys.
In 2016 he collected more than 4600 toys.
This year Samuel hopes to collect more than 15,000 toys for children affected by Hurricanes Harvey (Houston, TX) and Maria (Puerto Rico).
All donations will be used to purchase toys and ship them to the affected areas.
Donations will be collected until December 22th, 2017.
No donation is too small! Samuel and the children who receive toys through his toy drive are immensely thankful for the support they've received the last five years and hope to bring smiles to the faces of more children in 2017
