Oregon cutbacks gives single women without children NO SAFE ASSISTANCE for abuse - there is no safe refuge for us other than further victimization by leaving our homes and pets behind to go to a group home which is only a temporary bandaide. I am 59 years old. All I seek is a safe place to live and it has to happen soon - this guy gets out sometime during the next two weeks.
