Give Bella a chance at life

Bella is an 8 month old Staffy that was abandoned at a small South West police station when her owner moved out of town. I looked after her for a week and tried to track down her owner without success. She is very affectionate and has a docile nature.
I then handed her over to the rangers to try and track down her owner. After a week she was going to be euthanased with the other dogs in the pound. I couldn't bare to see her young life snuffed out and took her on as a rescue. I was shocked how skinny she had become and put it down to the stress of her being so young and the stress of being in the pound.
After I got her homeI noticed that she was lethargic and not interested in her food. I figured a bit of TLC and hand feeding and she would be back in shape in no time.
Unfortunately she went downhill fast and within 36 hours I rushed her almost lifeless body to an emergency vet. She is in an induced coma and on IV fluids to help keep her alive. She needs URGENT surgery to live. The people at the vet were great with her and have been looking after her around the clock since I brought her in yesterday.
Because I am the new owner, I will be liable for her $3000 to $4000 surgery bill. I once again had to wrestle with the notion of having her euthanased but I believe she deserves a third chance at life.
I am hoping people will embrace this sweet girl's story and take her on as a community owned dog by crowdfunding her surgery.
