End the Distance: Roo & Em

My name is Cale (otherwise known as Roo) and my boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship. They live in Ontario, Canada and I live on the East Coast of America. We have been best friends for several years and started dating over a year ago, however we don't get to see each other very often, and we're trying our hardest to save up enough to be able to see each other at least a few times a year. However, seeing as we're both college students/entering college, that has become increasingly more difficult. We have met in person four times now over the course of almost 5 years, but we don't know when we will be able to see each other again. Since we are unable to ask our our parents/family for assistance due to personal, sexuality/gender identity related reasons, we are forced to pay for our trips out of our own pockets. Additionally, due to the fact that we both suffer forms of mental illnesses, balancing a job with our classes/every day activities is a struggle for both of us and is off the table for the time being. And seeing as we are both transgender males, to top it all off, most of our savings go towards our transition processes. We have been working our very hardest to save up, but currently the majority of our earnings come from online donations we recieve. Every cent that is donated will go towards our savings to see each other, it would mean the world if you helped out a couple of trans gays just trying to get by. We're all each other has.

The campaign video was filmed 9 months ago, the last time we saw each other thanks to our previous GoFundMe campaign and all the donations we recieved then. However, we have not seen each other since Christmas.
