Hot Fest for Hospice 2014

Hot Fest for Hospice is a celebratory festival of great food and great live music. This Concepts For Charity event helps build awareness, while raising funds for hospice. The cornerstone of our event features an “Iron Chef” style cooking challenge where two-person teams from restaurants, businesses and community members compete to make their best salsa recipe in one of several categories.
This year Hot Fest for Hospice will once again be held on the shores of the Rock River at the Verdi Club in Rockford, on August 31, 2014 from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We are currently putting together a line-up of exceptional musical entertainment. So, watch for updates in the days and weeks ahead.
We are currently seeking sponsorship for this year’s Hot Fest for Hospice and we need your help. Sponsors enjoy increased name recognition and goodwill in our community. There are a number of ways to show your support:

Over the years years, Hot Fest has attracted thousands of people and raised over $45,000. With your support this year, and the continuing support of our past sponsors, we will achieve our goal of $25,000 this year. Concepts for Charity has an established fund with the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois and the proceeds from this event creates grants to not-for-profit hospice organizations in the Rockford area.
