We all know what Cancer is and what it does to a person. Robert (Bob) Young’s battle for survival with Stage 4 Lung Cancer was short (2 ½ months). The body seems to enter into an unpredictable mood that carries you beyond imagination. The family begins to stumble with fear. It’s not enough that you lose your loved one, but now you have the expense of funeral costs and medical bills which go beyond reason. Robert had no life insurance or assistance to help with these costs. The GoFundMe is for Robert’s wife to help with these unexpected expenses. Robert was a simple man with several passions. Auto racing especially Nascar racing was his life. He worked alongside great people who he admired. He was excited when race time rolled around where he would work as part of the Pit Crew Security as a flagman. The racing club became a brother to him. Robert chose to move from the big city to a small town with a big lake, his second passion. There he would enjoy fishing and boating through the remainder of his life.
