Eagle Project - Fish Attractors

Hello Everyone,
My name is Sam and I am currently a member of the Boy Scout Troop 763 in Glen Allen, Virginia. I am a Life Scout working to attain the rank of Eagle. One of the requirements for Eagle is that a Life Scout must, plan, develop, and give leadership to others in a service project benefiting the community. My project is the construction of fish attractors for the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries (VDGIF). These attractors will be used to create an artificial structure where fish of all sizes will congregate. Smaller fish will use this for protection, while larger fish will use this as a hunting ground. This will help to improve fish populations while providing anglers with a better opportunity to harvest fish. This will also provide recreational fishing opportunities for the people of Virginia. My goal is to collect $700 by May 16 so that I may purchase the materials necessary to make the attractors. Any assistance that you may be able to contribute to this project is greatly appreciated.
