Our goal is to create a unique relaxation and stress relief experience centered around flotation-Restricted Environmental Stimulus Therapy (REST), but also including traditional techniques like massage and counseling. The proven benefits of flotation therapy also include chronic pain relief, increased focus and creativity, and even treatment of addictive behaviours. We have plenty of research and studies going back 50+ years in case you wish to learn specifics .
We have been working with the Kentucky Department for Public Health to pave the way for REST to arrive in the Bluegrass State, and we are almost there. We just need a little support getting started. Here you can prepurchase floats at discounted rates that wont be offered once we are up and running.
