I am a Boston-based performer/choreographer/costume designer on a serious mission, and I am looking for all kinds of help, support and new talent along the way.
Mission 1-
Directing and producing a full length burlesque representation of the board game "Candy land". In this story you will meet all of your favorite characters (and perhaps a few new surprises) from the game we all remember, while following along the candy trail as Princess Lolli is kidnapped by the evil Lady Liquor-ish! Will the residents of Candy land have what it takes to rescue their beloved princess? Or will they need some special help? There is only one way to find out, and that is to help us make this show happen!
This production is FULL SWING, with its opening show in September 25, 2014, there IS time, but not much!
There are many things that need to happen between now and then, and even with all of my current resources, in order to make this the show it needs to be, I have to reach out.
The show includes a cast of 22, almost double the amount of costumes, 3 major sets and 4 or more sub-sets, 500 balloons for each show, custom circus silks, custom stilts, custom hoops, thousands of crystals and rhinestones, custom pointe shoes, lighting, music rights, the list goes on and on, believe me!
