Free the Furbabies!

Ready Pet rescue is a small, homegrown rescue that helps local Los Angeles Chihuahuas get out of the shelter system and into loving homes.   This rescue is run by a very small team of animal lovers who dedicate their lives to helping the dogs we take in - no one is paid a salary (in fact we commonly come out of our own pockets when we don't have the funds we need for a dog) and we don't currently have any overhead costs that we have to pay for like office rent.  100% of the funding we receive through charitable donations goes straight to the dogs we save - mostly vet bills and supplies like food, crates, harnesses, etc.

In the last few months we have rescued 15 dogs, ranging from red-listed pups to seniors to dogs that need major medical attention that happens to also be very costly (one dog alone cost us almost $5k!).  We are currently down to a scary low amount in our bank account (~$600) and need to build our resources back up in order to maintain the great momentum we've built up!
