Dj em-D Equipment/Sound Upgrades

My name is Emman aka Dj em-D, and I am writing to ask you to donate to my fund drive so that I can upgrade my DJ equipments in order to better serve those around me with my gift. I currently serve as a radio DJ for YDKRadio.com a syndicated radio show. Over the past few years I’ve been DJ’ing for several ministries, block parties, back to school bashes, 4th of July events, the annual Desna Cup and various artist release parties and youth events. I currently spin for several local artists such as Willie Will, Josh Donnell, Eva Sabiniano, Da-Vid, Genuine Life, Lank and much more. I’m upgrading my DJ equipments because I want my sound to be excellent as I serve the Lord through my DJ’ing because I know that music has the ability to draw people in as you can see by just paying attention to everyday things such as commercials, timeouts during sports events, and musical scores for movies. I want people to walk away remembering the music and words that glorify God and drawn into the message of Jesus Christ just like they are drawn into catchy songs that they may hear. All throughout the Bible music is shown as a source to glorify the Lord, here are a few examples: 

Psalm 95:1 ESV 

Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!

Psalm 150:1-6 ESV 

Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens! Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness! Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! ...

Psalm 150:4

Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe!

As you can see the Lord wants us to worship and praise Him through music and  as I previously stated I want to put those verses into practice by providing a quality sound when DJ’ing. I desire to be excellent in all that I do.
