The devastating earthquake of April 25th in Nepal not just broke houses and structures but our homes, memories and history. The sight of overwhelming international relief agencies rushing to Nepal brings tears to my eyes, I express my appreciation beyond comparison.
Sindupalchok, the place of my birth and childhood remains in rubbles, almost the entire village has been flattened, there are dead bodies still lying around and all I can imagine is people screaming in pain. An earthquake can shake the earth but not our hopes and aspirations, "we will rebuild".
I have pledged to support Sinduplachok in its effort to recover and rebuild. I take this pledge with the confidence that my friends, family, fans and everyone out there will stand with me in this moment of need.
