It's a Shame About Rachel

So, anyone that knows me, knows that I am not very good at asking for help.

As some of you know, I had a really bad car wreck back in August. I totaled my car and was unable to work for 4 weeks. Luckily, (and surprisingly!) I had a little money saved up and thought that I would be able to make it until I was able to settle with the insurance company, since the accident was NOT my fault.

However, things are taking way longer than I expected and I have run out of money.

I have been working two jobs and going to school full time for the past two years. It's a tall order, but I have been able to make ends meet just fine until my accident.

Since I drive for Uber and my car was totaled I had to be off work until I the car portion of the wreck was settled and I could buy a new one. Here's a little bit of other trivia, I also used to drive for Lyft - but you're not supposed to use a car other than your own, but I went ahead and used my rental to try and keep driving, because even though I was injured, I needed to go out and get the job done. Well, a passenger reported me for being in a different car - a 2013 Prius no less - and Lyft said they had to delete me from the system. Driving for Uber and Lyft has been great for me while I am in school, because I go to school all day and then drive at night. But without a car, no job.

On top of that, my neighbor asked me last month if he could have my wifi password so he could piggy back off my internet and after I told him no, he told my landlord about my dogs. They knew I had cats, and I have already paid a $400 pet deposit, but now my landlord wants another $400.

So, long story short, I am completely heartbroken and humiliated to admit that I only have $84 bucks in my bank account and still need to pay my rent fo October.

I have great parents, and I know they would give me the money if I asked for it, but they have been through so much in the last year, I'd rather embaress myself on the internet than ask them for money.

So, that's it. If you can help I'd really appreciate it.
